What's the difference between Basic and Full Experience?
Basic gives you access to SEED AI's powerful project management tools with a flat subscription fee. The Full Experience adds the Enrichment Layer—professional development, EM scoring, and performance-based revenue share pricing that rewards your excellence with lower fees.
How does the hybrid pricing work?
With the Full Experience, you pay a monthly subscription for platform access, plus a small percentage on completed project revenue. As your Excellence Metric (EM) improves, your revenue share rate decreases. Basic subscribers pay only the subscription fee.
What is the Excellence Metric (EM)?
EM is a score based on your project completion rate, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and quality metrics. Higher scores unlock lower revenue share rates—from 4% down to 2.5% for Elite performers. Only available with the Full Experience.
What happens after I subscribe?
After completing checkout, individual subscribers are immediately redirected to their Member Dashboard. Enterprise accounts are redirected to their Admin Dashboard where they can manage contractors.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Full Experience?
Yes! You can add the Enrichment Layer at any time from your dashboard. When you upgrade, you'll gain access to IQ/EQ/PQ assessments, EM scoring, and the path to lower fees through performance.
How does Enterprise account management work?
Enterprise accounts allow one account holder to manage multiple contractors. You can issue credentials to your team, or SeedSuite can set up contractors for you (recommended for consistency and security) for a one-time setup fee.
When is the revenue share fee charged?
Revenue share (Full Experience only) is charged when a project reaches GREEN status (completion). It's automatically deducted from the project payment before transfer to your account.
Do homeowners need to pay?
No. Homeowner portal access is included with the contractor subscription at no additional cost to homeowners.
